What happens in your session
During your [60]-minute video call, we will:
- Show you the pieces you're interested in — live on camera, from every angle, so you can see the true colour, sparkle, and finish
- Try multiple options side by side and compare designs, sizes, and settings in real time
- Answer your questions about materials, gemstones, certifications, and care
- Help with ring sizing guidance and measurements
- Discuss customisation options, if you'd like something made your own
- Share transparent pricing and current availability — no obligation to buy
Whether you're choosing an engagement ring, a gift, or treating yourself, we'll tailor the session entirely to what you want to see.
How it works
- Complete your booking and select a time slot that suits you.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with your video call link (Google Meet) — no app download or account needed, it works on any phone, tablet, or computer.
- Join the link at your appointment time. Have your questions ready, and we'll have your shortlisted pieces ready to show.
Rescheduling & cancellation
Plans change — no problem. You can reschedule before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email. Missed appointments [are non-refundable / can be rescheduled once at no charge].
